Your mission: The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns across a diverse roster of artists. This executive will drive audience growth, brand storytelling, revenue generation, and cultural impact across streaming, social, digital, physical, and experiential channels. The ideal candidate blends data-driven performance marketing with breakthrough creative vision and has a deep understanding of today's music ecosystem from DSPs to short-form content to fan communities. What you'll be doing: Strategic leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies for priority releases and catalog campaigns. Partner with A&R, Creative, Publicity, and International teams to align on artist positioning and growth plans. Build long-term brand strategies for developing and established artists. Lead campaign planning in coordination with international affiliates and distribution partners. Campaign management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including: Release planning and timelines Budget development and allocation Creative asset development Media planning (paid, earned, owned) Influencer and partnership strategies Optimize campaigns in real time using performance analytics and audience insights. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers and coordinator. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable performance. Budget & performance oversight: Own and manage marketing budgets. Track KPIs including streaming growth, audience acquisition, ticket sales, social engagement, and ROI. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. What you bring: Established relationships across multiple facets of the music business Experience leading album campaigns and cross-border marketing initiatives. The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
