The Blood Connection - - Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to achieve blood collection goals within assigned territory.; Manage and grow relationships with existing blood drive sponsors while identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities.; Plan and coordinate blood drives, utilizing best practices and proactive recruitment strategies.; Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators before, during, and after each drive.; Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sponsor interactions and event outcomes.
