Business Development Director Force Measurement - Eastern Region

In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will lead go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape next-generation force measurement products. Business Development Director Compensation: Base salary: 125k-175k + strong commission plan OTE: 200k+ in year one What You'll Do: Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies Increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction Manage and expand key customer accounts Provide technical product support and identify new project opportunities Work with engineering teams to support new product development Deliver accurate forecasting and support sales operations Travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel What You Bring: 3+ years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred) Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven, organized, and motivated, with a strong business development mindset Technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or software knowledge is a plus) Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA desirable Why Join Us?
