Mascot Position
The mascot entertains and engages crowds by performing various activities such as dancing and interacting with community members. The chosen candidate will embody the spirit of Fitt Fiddle and will have the physical stamina and enthusiasm to perform while in costume. This position is typically part-time and may require working evenings and weekends. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the organization. Job Responsibilities: Performs as the Mascot during community events, maintaining character without speaking to ensure an engaging and authentic experience. Works with Team Management to develop and execute new ideas and routines. Interacts with community members and creates an exciting and fun atmosphere. Attends community events and represents the team as a positive role model. Maintains the costume in good condition and informs Management of any repairs or replacements needed. Be available for pictures and autographs with community members. Be punctual and on time for all appearances (arrive 30 minutes prior to appearance). Skills and Attributes: Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
