Description

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a

TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert (SME)

on a

1099 basis

to support a federal government agency. The SME will provide high?level expertise, analysis, and guidance to advance real property and software modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive IBM TRIRIGA experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, the TRIRIGA SME will partner closely with Business Process Analysts and agency stakeholders to:

Analyze existing TSA software systemsincluding

IBM TRIRIGA and Microsoft SharePoint to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and integration of new features. Develop and deliver a comprehensive

Real Estate Software Assessment Report

summarizing findings and recommendations for a user base of approximately 100 individuals. Create detailed software documentation, including

requirements documents, user stories, test plans, and use cases , while maintaining full traceability throughout the software development lifecycle. Review, verify, and validate software functionality to ensure compliance with specified requirements. Support and conduct quarterly training sessions to educate stakeholders on new features, system changes, and process updates.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship. High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred). Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with IBM. TRIRIGA

for real property management. Strong knowledge of

software development methodologies , including Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with

TRIRIGA system architecture and functionality.

Background Investigation:

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
