Admissions Director (Marketing)

Location: Grants Pass, OR (On-site) Schedule: Full-time Compensation: $65,000+ (Salaried | DOE) Volare Health is looking for a driven and compassionate Admissions Director (Marketing) to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon. Position Summary

The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the entire inquiry and admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. This includes conducting tours, performing assessments, maintaining strong communication, and following up on leads. You will also play a key role in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to support occupancy and community outreach goals. What You'll Do Manage and respond to all inquiries and admissions in a timely, professional manner Conduct facility tours, assessments, and presentations for prospective residents and families Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive census growth Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth admissions transitions Track and analyze admissions data to improve performance and outcomes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (healthcare preferred) Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting is strongly preferred Leadership or management experience is a plus Background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Familiarity with insurance and reimbursement processes (or willingness to learn) Benefits & Perks: Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Company-paid life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Generous paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement programs Referral bonus programs and more If you're passionate about making a difference and want to use both your professional skills and your compassion to impact lives, we'd love to hear from you.
