to take ownership of design delivery across a growing regional pipeline. This isn’t a coordination role — it’s a leadership position shaping how design integrates into project delivery from early stage through to execution. What you’ll be doing: Leading design strategy and delivery across multiple hyperscale data centre projects Managing internal and external design teams (CSA + MEP) Driving coordination between design, preconstruction, and project delivery Influencing programme, buildability, and technical standards Acting as the senior design voice across the Texas region
