NELSON is currently seeking a Technical Designer III to join our Retail Practice. The Technical Designer III is responsible for developing, organizing, and executing the development of construction documents utilizing creativity, foresight and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives through project completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in: Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field 7+ years of relevant industry experience Highly proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD National salary range (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications/licensure, education, location, etc.): $70,000 $120,000 Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits.
