Location: Remote - West Coast Area (LA, Phoenix, Las Vegas) Job Summary The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing is responsible for providing leadership, driving top-line performance, and brand consideration at the local level by leveraging Papa Johns national campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies. The role is responsible for measuring the market impact for local campaigns and the impact on key business objectives. The role helps to execute the broader marketing strategy at the local level, working with agencies and operators to drive brand engagement. This role is responsible for driving marketing strategies at the local level in alignment with the broader business strategy and performance targets. Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) + Manage local agencies in the development and implementation of coop wide and store-level marketing initiatives to include media, customer relationship management, offer management, creative, and local store marketing. + Serve as the subject matter expert for local marketing, consultant for franchisees and as strategic guidance for agency partners. + Lead local agencies in quarterly planning for assigned markets; providing calendar, budget, and national media and promotional updates to develop localized recommendations. + Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and key market dynamics to build recommendations based in data and insight. + Monitor and share competitive activity in assigned markets to identify opportunities and strategic advantages for the market, franchisees and local agency. + Provide oversight and guidance on new store opening plans and in market activations. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting/Finance, and all Marketing functions + Ability to manage effectively and oversee a support manager role within your region providing oversight, guidance, and measurable objectives.It is the policy of Papa Johnu2019s to provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and team members without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status or civil partnership, national or ethnic origin, pregnancy or maternity, veteran status, uniformed service (as defined by 10 U.S.C. u00a7101 (a)(5)), protected disability status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender reassignment, or gender expression, or any other characteristic protected by statute or law.
