We are seeking a driven and experienced
GSF Financing Sales professional
to significantly expand our presence and revenue generation within the Americas market. This role is central to our Fixed Income Repo/Reverse Repo activities, spanning a broad spectrum of assets from U.S. Treasuries to complex securitized products. If you possess a deep understanding of the repo market, a strong network, and a passion for identifying new business opportunities, this is your chance to make a substantial impact. What You Will Do: Drive Market Expansion:
Leverage your extensive market experience and robust network within the repo market and with collateral optimization teams to enhance our profile across a variety of fixed income asset classes. Innovate and Strategize:
Analyze market trends and collaborate closely with our global Global Securities Financing trading and structuring teams to identify and develop innovative new products and trading strategies. Originate and Grow Business:
Cultivate deeper relationships with existing counterparties while proactively seeking out and onboarding new clients, focusing on delivering solution-driven business. Optimize Trading Platforms:
Utilize and contribute to the development of trading platforms such as Tradeweb and GLMX, staying abreast of their functionalities. Understand Regulatory Landscape:
Apply your knowledge of the various ratios and constraints applicable to banks and dealers to inform sales strategies. Develop Monitoring Tools:
Contribute to the specification and enhancement of monitoring tools to ensure efficient oversight of sales activities. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate-level degree, particularly in a quantitative field, is strongly preferred. 8+ years of demonstrable market experience in Fixed Income Financing, with a proven track record of success in sales or origination. Superior knowledge of Fixed Income Financing and the repo market. Familiarity with securities financing and derivative systems (e.g., Summit, Smart Loan). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during bidding processes. A genuinely collaborative spirit and demonstrated ability to be a strong team player. The salary range for this position will be between $250,000 - $310,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
