with a long-term growth mindset Oversee delivery of
construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services
for VDOT and local municipalities Provide executive oversight of
roadway and bridge construction projects , ensuring compliance with VDOT standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations Serve as a trusted partner to
VDOT and public-sector clients Lead, mentor, and grow construction management and inspection staff in Virginia Support business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, and strategic planning Collaborate with regional leadership to align operations with organizational goals What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Significant experience with VDOT roadway and bridge construction Demonstrated experience delivering
CEI services
for public-sector transportation clients Proven ability to
build, manage, and grow
a construction services program or business unit Strong leadership, xywuqvp communication, and client relationship skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
(Virginia or ability to obtain) Established relationships within
