Team Leader Arborist

As a Team Leader Arborist, you will play an important role in: Performing and supervising all aspects of tree care safely, including:
Pruning Cable and bracing Sprays Moves Proper maintenance and handling of equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace Supervising and directing crews while performing tree care services, as directed by the arborist representative and local manager Ensuring that each crew member receives the appropriate training for each assigned task Ensuring that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards Communicating, answering questions, and establishing relationships with clients Qualifications
Passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry Valid drivers license (Class B CDL preferred) Ability to work outdoors year-round in any weather conditions Proven initiative, positive attitude, team orientation, and self-motivation The F.
