About the Role Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things. As a Management Trainee, you will act as the Assistant Manager of a site, helping lead daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of the business. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed
Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement
Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency
Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance
Assist with hiring, training, and building a high‑performing team
Key Requirements
Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a General Manager role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Customer‑focused with a problem‑solving mindset
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
Willingness to learn business operations, financials, and team leadership
No prior car wash experience is required—we provide on‑site training to help you succeed.
