Overview
This position is responsible for providing clerical support and assistance, receptionist duties, data entry, collating materials, typing, mailing correspondence, maintaining office equipment, filing clinical records, insurance verification, medical records request, and collecting payments. This position will schedule appointments for individuals in the clinic, update consents and demographic information in the electronic chart, send out DocuSign consents and scan documents into the individual’s electronic chart. Adheres to the provider’s schedule to assist individuals with initial and follow up appointments in the clinic while supporting professional and medical teams. This position is a PRN or as needed with no guarantee of work hours.

Credentials Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalency; knowledge of Excel and Word, record keeping, good organizational skills.
