This role involves managing all aspects of the construction site, including coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The Superintendent will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
They will coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, select tools, materials, and equipment, and manage procurement.
Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues is crucial, as is managing the use of construction equipment and machinery.
The manager will resolve problems and implement improvements in construction processes, maintain communication between project managers, site staff, and clients, and prepare and submit project estimates and budgets. xywuqvp
