Job profile We are looking for a Digital Marketer who combines brand-building instinct with a rigorous approach to language, and someone who takes genuine pride in how we present ourselves externally, and how we communicate internally. You will work at the intersection of brand, growth, and culture. Your remit spans our digital presence, our positioning, our editorial voice, and the quality and consistency of every message we put out, both externally and internally. You will work closely with leadership, including the CEO, challenge messaging that lacks clarity, and hold every piece of communication to a high standard. You will connect strategy to execution directly, to ensure we continue building the Synthon brand. In this role, you report to the Vice President Human Resources, but will work closely with leaders across the entire organization. Key activities Digital presence & brand Define and execute our digital marketing strategy. Take full ownership of the website > its structure, messaging, SEO, and performance. Translate brand positioning into content that communicates clearly and lands effectively. Ensure consistency of voice and identity across every channel. Use data to continuously improve visibility and impact. Social Media & visibility Manage our social channels (primarily LinkedIn) as a coherent brand presence, not a content feed. Produce content that is distinctive, engaging, and free of corporate genericness. Build thought leadership that feels credible and human. Develop campaigns that drive meaningful awareness, engagement, and growth. Copy & content Write clear, purposeful copy across the website, campaigns, newsletters, and presentations. Bring rigorous attention to tone, clarity, rhythm, and precision. Make complex ideas accessible without oversimplifying them. Edit with discipline — if the work is not sharp, it does not go out. Internal communications Own Town Halls and the internal intranet. Translate organisational strategy into communication that is clear and easy to act on. Support leadership with confident, consistent internal messaging. Strengthen culture through clarity > no vague updates, no filler content. Location Nijmegen the Netherlands Your profile Your letter of motivation and CV should show that you have: Education in Marketing, Communications, or similar or have equivalent real-world proof. 5+ years deep in digital marketing and communications. Fully fluent in CMS platforms, analytics tools, and social ecosystems. Languages Native-level English, both excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
