We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive to drive the growth and success of our intelligent AI Software product & solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal in generating and qualifying leads, setting up product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and product adoption, making you an integral part of our commitment to exceptional service and security innovation.


Responsibilities

Prospect, hunt, qualify, follow up, and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects.

Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how we can solve them.

Manage outbound and inbound pipelines to identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with small-to-mid-market (SMB) and mid-market organizations.

Proactively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning our value

Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities.

Utilize sales enablement tools according to company standards; provide metrics on leads.

Consistently achieve quota to ensure growth objectives.

Comfortable engaging with prospects and building relationships with internal and external customers.

Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering quality opportunities and driving revenue.

Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivation, and self-management.

Quickly develop relationships over the phone with customers and technical audiences.

Demonstrate a strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Understand sales cycles and required qualification criteria.

Identify complex business environments, uncover customer issues and process problems, and translate needs into business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role (with at least 2 years experience selling technology/software). Ideally as a Sales Account Executive, achieving quotas.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a desire to be #1 and advance in a growing sales organization.
  • Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce.com and Outreach is a plus.
  • You have proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment.
  • You’re a pro at navigating complexity by understanding and addressing complex business challenges, crafting solutions.
  • You're comfortable navigating uncertainty and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are excited working for a small tech fast-paced startup
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
