Position Overview
The National Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the labels and flexible packaging space.
This role requires a balance of hunter and farmer sales skills, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships, consultative selling, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow national and regional accounts within the packaging space
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Manage and expand existing client relationships and wallet share
- Deliver consultative, solution-based selling tailored to customer needs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close profitable deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, supply chain) for execution
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and sales activity tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, or flexible packaging
- Strong understanding of printing technologies, substrates, and packaging materials
- Proven track record of revenue growth and account development
- Ability to build relationships with brand owners, manufacturers, and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Existing network within food & beverage, personal care, pharma, or industrial sectors
