Head of Roofing & Exterior Restoration

LVI currently have an exciting opportunity open with an established commercial roofing company based in Tampa, FL, known for their commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialize in providing top-notch roofing solutions for commercial properties.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Roofing Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our commercial roofing services and client base.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep our services competitive and cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
