Graphic Designer

TCI has an immediate need for a Graphic Designer for a contract-to-hire job in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal Graphic Designer will be comfortable owning designs all the way through production—someone who understands how to collaborate with clients, manage artwork workflows, and prepare files for both print. RESPONSIBILITIES Design for print, create reusable templates, and manage the trafficking of artwork from concept to final delivery Collaborate directly with clients to review assets, manage revisions, and ensure expectations are met Create and maintain scalable templates and modular design systems Develop custom design elements including icons, patterns, illustrations, and dimensional graphics Manage artwork trafficking, including file organization, versioning, approvals, and final delivery Interface directly with clients to review designs, gather feedback, and manage revisions Ensure all artwork meets production specs (bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolutions, materials) Collaborate with internal creative, production, and fabrication teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy Adapt designs across multiple sizes, formats, and materials Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all deliverables REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of professional graphic design experience experience with mapping variable data into their designs Proven experience with large-scale print production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Experience with artwork trafficking and file management Comfortable interfacing with clients and stakeholders Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and prepress Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
