The Role A fast-paced Employee Relations role within a central HR team, managing a wide range of ER cases and advising stakeholders across a large, multi-site organisation.
You’ll take ownership of cases end-to-end while providing commercially focused HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, sickness)
Provide HR advice and coaching to managers and senior stakeholders
Ensure all advice is legally compliant and aligned with company policies
Analyse risk and provide commercially sound solutions
Support complex cases and attend hearings when required
Maintain accurate case records and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement within ER processes
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in an ER or HR advisory role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER processes
Confident managing complex and sensitive cases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels
