The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Marketing Intern to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Are you an energetic undergraduate or graduate student who’s seeking an incredible paid internship program? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make an impact in a global company. Please note, this role will be for the remainder of this season covering April and May and then will resume again in September 2026. Create dynamic new media content to enhance guest experiences and develop business relations. Assist with the promotion of all assigned locations. Maintain open communication with clients, guests, media, and vendors. Manage assigned marketing channels. Investigate and solve service complaints about various communication platforms. Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to analytics of social media accounts. More about you
Working towards or have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred. Previous experience with social media site management on a non-personal level required. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiar with various audio/visual capture devices. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Shift details
