About the Role: At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. As our Marketing Intern, you will be the helping hand and organizational anchor for our CRM team, translating our commitment to thoughtful communication into every campaign and email interaction. You will be the behind-the-scenes connector, ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly, our brand standards stay sharp, and our messages reach the right people at the right time.
This role is perfect for a motivated student or early-career professional who is equal parts organized learner, creative collaborator, and eager problem solver. You will take ownership of real marketing responsibilities, from seasonal campaign coordination and email testing to photo selection and e-commerce website updates, always acting with reliability and attention to detail to support a fast-paced team. You will partner with experienced marketers to stay ahead of trends, monitor CRM performance, and help execute campaigns that genuinely delight our owners and guests.

Responsibilities:
Support seasonal campaign execution, including copy updates, asset organization, and cross-department project coordination
Assist with monitoring CRM performance, reporting, and daily email health checks
Support email testing, validation, and launch readiness activities
Maintain process documentation, meeting notes, campaign timelines, and brand standards
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign, content, and operational support
Assist with photo selection for marketing campaigns
Support the E-commerce team with BOB website updates
Uphold BGV's hospitality values by greeting others with enthusiasm, treating everyone with respect, making every interaction positive, taking personal responsibility, anticipating needs, and supporting sustainability and community initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working toward an associate or bachelor's degree
Degree focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (specific marketing coursework is not required)
Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic proficiency using a personal computer in an office or academic setting
Familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools
Ability to navigate the internet, use email, and learn new systems with guidance
Comfortable working with shared files and basic data entry
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rates, discounts, interest, percentages, and commissions
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use
Ability to lift and carry light materials up to approximately 25–50 pounds on an occasional basis
Ability to work in a pet-friendly office environment (exposure to pets and pet dander)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic written communication skills for notes, documentation, and email correspondence
Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage simple tasks and deadlines
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Able to accept feedback and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in marketing and willingness to learn CRM and email marketing concepts
Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., email marketing software, content management systems) is a plus but not required
Previous internship, volunteer, or work experience in an office or customer-facing setting
