Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually
Role Summary We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented HubSpot Systems Administrator / CRM DBA to own the integrity, performance, and scalability of our CRM infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing data architecture, automation, integrations, and reporting reliability across marketing and sales systems. This is a mission-critical role that ensures our funnels operate efficiently, our data is accurate, and our revenue teams can execute at speed.
Core Responsibilities
Own HubSpot data model (contacts, companies, deals, custom objects)
Maintain clean, deduplicated, and structured data
Design and enforce naming conventions and lifecycle stages
Build data governance rules and validation systems
Automation & Workflow Management
Build and maintain workflows across marketing and sales funnels
Ensure proper lead routing, assignment, and lifecycle progression
Troubleshoot broken automations and prevent leakage in funnels
Optimize workflows for speed-to-lead and conversion
Funnel Infrastructure & QA
Identify and fix breaks in lead flow, attribution, and follow-up
Ensure SLA compliance (e.g., rapid call response and follow-up cadence)
Monitor real-time funnel performance and flag issues proactively
Reporting & Data Reliability
Build and maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadership
Ensure accuracy of key metrics (speed-to-lead, conversion rates, ROAS)
Support executive reporting with clean, trustworthy data
Partner with RevOps on forecasting and pipeline visibility
Integrations & Technical Stack Ownership
Manage integrations (GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, Aloware, etc.)
Troubleshoot API issues and attribution gaps
Evaluate and implement new tools (e.g., Mixpanel)
Qualifications
3–6+ years experience as HubSpot Admin / CRM Manager / DBA
Deep experience with HubSpot workflows, properties, and reporting
Strong understanding of sales funnels and lifecycle stages
Experience with API integrations and data syncing tools
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Bonus: SQL, data warehousing, or tools like Mixpanel/Segment
