Client Engagement Executive

Job Overview As a Client Engagement Executive, you will provide the client with analytical and sales power required to drive advertiser acquisition and overall business growth of your portfolio. You will collaborate closely with senior Helios team members, identify sales and business development opportunities, and share Helios’s client resources to internal teams. You will evangelize new Helios products and technologies throughout the agency, and develop and manage strong relationships with internal agency influencers and decision-makers, driving scalable product adoption and growth across the broader portfolio of accounts.

Moreover, you will develop the acquisition capabilities of your clients and agencies in order to accelerate business growth. Among your many attributes, you are persuasive, gregarious, a natural leader and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior level, as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. You're particularly adept at developing close, one-on-one relationships.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows. Using your influential, relationship-building skills, you provide Helios-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Helios's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with your clients, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Participate in drafting and presenting media plans

Maintain relationships with media partners, advertising platforms, and suppliers

Collect and organize media resource information, including pricing, audience, and coverage

Support media buying negotiations to secure optimal resources

Execute advertising campaigns to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

Track campaign data and generate performance reports

Collect and analyze media performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Provide optimization recommendations based on data insights

Assist in KPI analysis and campaign summary reports

Qualifications

1+ years of digital media planning experience

Experience with digital advertising or social media campaigns is a plus

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

Knowledge of advertising platforms

Strong communication and teamwork skills
