We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a Project‑Based Section 8 community for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Fairmont, WV. This role is responsible for daily operations, HUD compliance, occupancy, and financial performance while fostering a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain 95% occupancy or higher
Ensure HUD & Project‑Based Section 8 compliance
Manage applications, recertifications & waitlists
Oversee maintenance and property standards
Manage budget and financial performance
Build strong resident and community relationships
Qualifications
Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD/Section 8)
Knowledge of fair housing and compliance
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience with property management software
Budgeting and financial management experience
Have or be willing to obtain PA Real Estate License
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Capable of passing criminal background check and drug screens
