We are building a
cloud-native ERP platform
from scratch to replace an existing SAP-based solution. This is not a typical marketing website — it’s a
complex operational system used daily by business-critical roles
.
Role Overview We are looking for a
UI/UX Designer
who can design
clear, efficient, and scalable interfaces for complex business systems
, not just “beautiful screens”.
You will work at the intersection of:
product
engineering (frontend + backend)
domain logic (ERP workflows)
Your goal:
turn complex business processes into simple, usable interfaces
What You Will Do Product & UX
Design
end-to-end user flows
for core ERP processes (contracts, loans, inventory, payments, reporting)
Translate business requirements into
clear interaction models
Simplify complex workflows into
intuitive UI
UI & System Design
Create:
high-fidelity mockups
interactive prototypes
Build and evolve a
design system
(components, patterns, states)
Ensure
consistency across multiple micro-frontends
Work closely with:
Product Owners (requirements & priorities)
Engineers (technical feasibility)
Architects (system constraints)
Align UX with
DDD concepts and domain boundaries
Quality & Iteration
Conduct usability testing and iterate quickly
Ensure:
accessibility
clarity in data-heavy interfaces
What We Expect
Strong experience in
UI/UX for complex systems (ERP, SaaS, dashboards)
Ability to design
data-heavy interfaces
(tables, filters, workflows)
Deep understanding of:
usability
Experience with
design systems and component-based design
Ability to
translate business logic into UX
Comfortable working with engineers in agile teams
Strong communication — you can explain why , not just what
Very good knowledge of English - level min B2+
