A Day in The Life:

Monster Energy’s Partnership Marketing team is responsible for uniting third‑party brands with our largest marketing investments to create best‑in‑class global programs. We integrate key brand pillars - Sports, Music & Gaming, to bring programs to life in a way that is both distinctly Monster Energy and tailored to meet our business needs. The Partnership Marketing Intern will support the day‑to‑day efforts of the Partnership Marketing team, assisting in the development, organization, and execution of key initiatives across multiple properties. This role will work closely with the Sr. Manager to help create training materials, manage internal processes, and support ongoing projects, including EU 2.0. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in partnership marketing within a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

The Impact You’ll Make:

Support the Director and Sr. Manager in developing, preparing, and organizing training materials, including presentations, reference guides, and process rollouts

Assist in the ongoing development and execution of EU 2.0 initiatives

Participate in cross‑functional meetings with international stakeholders and partners, capturing key takeaways, tracking next steps, and supporting follow‑ups

Track and manage Pro Motocross ticket allocations, including distribution to internal teams and maintaining accurate records

Provide day‑to‑day support to the Partnership Marketing team across various projects and activations

Help coordinate internal communications and ensure teams have the necessary resources and information

Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are:

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong interest in marketing, process management, analytics, or project management.

Foundational understanding of relational databases or data structures (coursework or academic projects acceptable).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project coordination efforts in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through and time‑management abilities.
