Responsibilities

Responsible for the processing and data entry of materials and billing information related to kits, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.

Ensures data integrity of information entered into Great Plains billing system.

Customer service duties including timely and accurate relay of information in regarding kit refurbishment processing.

Provides timely and accurate data entry of manufacturing orders and materials into various database system.

Ensure data integrity of information entered through quality assurance work audit and process audits.

Acts as customer services representative, internal and external, as assigned by market.

Active participant in company's quality system program.

Serves as a Great Plains resource.

May assist with training and/or orienting new data entry staff.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrated effective organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.

Demonstrated ability to audit data for entry accuracy and recognize inconsistencies of output.

Demonstrated effective attention to detail.

Proven successful work history of at least 5 years as an intermediate data entry operator.

Customer Service Experience.

Quality system experience (ISO, six sigma or other) a plus.
