In the role of
Space Field Specialist
supporting Walmart in
Bentonville, AR
you will be part of the Space Lab Team within Strategy & Capabilities. This position reports to the Space Lab Team Lead and is responsible for the drawing process for Walmart to maximize our strategic efforts with shelf space and support category advisor insights team with space solutions to grow the total beer category.
The Responsibilities
Lead Walmart planogram projects that support the customer in achieving – Total Category & Molson Coors chain volume, space and distribution goals
Drive continuous improvement in Space & Assortment Analytics to strengthen Total Category performance for Molson Coors
Develop and implement Molson Coors space management planning processes and tools, enabling the customer and distributor network to achieve their financial goals and grow the total beer category
Identify, develop and implement space and category management education and support the creation of tools that improve planogram projects
Increase efficiencies by developing and implementing effective space management strategies and processes
Lead, mentor, and advise Space Analysts by providing expert category guidance that strengthens efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance
The Other Qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of space management
You consider yourself to have strong PC skills in applicable programs (Microsoft Office Suite), advanced knowledge of space management tools including Blue Yonder (JDA Space Planning)
You have a good understanding of retailer space strategies
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 – $109,200.00 (posting salary range). Target short term incentive + 15% + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
