Role Description We’re looking for a Remote Outreach Specialist who can help us grow our presence and bring more of the right people into our world. This remote role requires proactive outreach to professionals, founders, and decision‑makers through platforms like LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Your goal is to start conversations, build relationships, and create opportunities that lead to calls, partnerships, and new clients. You’ll also identify companies for corporate wellness opportunities, manage ongoing conversations, and help turn interest into real business. You’ll work closely with the team to drive consistent outreach and contribute directly to the growth of Ignite Fit Life.
Success Metrics
Consistent outreach activity every week, not random bursts of effort
Qualified conversations booked with potential clients or partners
New partnerships and corporate opportunities created
Increased inbound interest driven by your outreach efforts
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills; sound natural and hold real conversation
Comfortable starting conversations with people you’ve never met
Self‑motivated and able to stay productive without micromanagement
Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Ability to research and identify high‑quality leads
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, sales, or lead generation is a plus
Understanding of the fitness, wellness, or performance space is a bonus but not required
