Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analytics Deep Dive: Analyze heat maps, user journeys, and standard reporting (Google & Adobe Analytics) to uncover actionable insights.

Customer Journey Mapping: Document buyer paths from "problem awareness" to purchase, highlighting friction points and opportunities for improvement.

Paid Search Optimization: Review existing Google Ads performance and report to the digital team on recommendations to update ad copy to improve relevance and click-through rates.

Customer Segmentation: Work with Digital Managers to develop user segments based on size, history, and brand preference to tailor content delivery strategies.

Mobile Experience Audit: Test the full digital journey on mobile devices to document UX issues and prioritize fixes.

Competitive Gap Analysis: Benchmark PSG website functionality against competitors to identify advantages and weaknesses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, & Marketing) to align insights and recommendations with broader business objectives.

Qualifications / Requirements

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a target degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Science or other marketing focused degree.

Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and general computer knowledge is required.
