What You’ll Do: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in implementing People and Culture programs by providing People and Culture services, including benefits management, training and development compliance, safety and health records management, employee relations and corrective action investigations, and retention.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
At least three to five years of experience as a People and Culture generalist.
