Technical Assistant - Commercial Lines Insurance (entry level)

We are looking for a full-time Commercial Insurance Technical Assistant to join our team. No experience is necessary, but you should obtain a NV commercial lines insurance license before starting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist Account Managers with servicing and maintaining commercial lines insurance accounts.
Respond promptly to customer requests for service.
Monitor activities for all assigned accounts.
Maintain updated client and policy information with the Agency Management System.
Process policy changes in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all documentation and correspondence are properly recorded and updated in the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, market trends, and state regulations.
Provide exemplary customer service by managing client expectations and delivering timely resolutions to inquiries or issues.
Education/Experience Requirements: Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada P&C License prior to start date
Must continue to meet continuing education requirements for license renewal
Familiarity with computer, Microsoft Office, Applied Systems
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. We offer a competitive benefit package including health, dental, vision and 401k.
