Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant A senior techno-functional leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing global trade and logistics solutions within Oracle Cloud ecosystems. The role owns end-to-end delivery across Trade Management, Transportation, and Supply Chain domains, driving transformation programs, integrations, automation, and compliance solutions while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution design for

Global Trade Management (GTM)

within Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Design scalable solutions for Customs Management (Imports/Exports), Trade Compliance & Screening and Landed Cost Management

Define logical architectures including data segregation (e.g., VPD-based models) and multi-entity setups.

Lead full lifecycle implementations - Requirements gathering, Solution design, Configuration & build, SIT / UAT cycles, Production migration & Hypercare

Own delivery quality metrics (e.g., test pass rates, SLA adherence).

Lead design and implementation of integrations across systems: Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM/GTM Cloud, External platforms (SAP, SFDC, Descartes, USCBP, Broker systems)

Develop and review Techno-functional specifications and Integration mapping documents

Implement and manage US Export filings (AES), US Import filings (CBP), FTZ and consumption entry processes

Configure compliance controls: Restricted Party Screening, Embargo controls, License management (multi-country), Product classification (multi-country)

Act as SME for global trade regulations and system enforcement.

Develop enterprise reporting solutions using: Oracle BI Publisher, Dashboards & KPI trackers

Support financial and compliance reporting (month-end / audit / reconciliation).

Act as: Track Lead / Program Lead, Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for trade operations

Conduct Client workshops, User training sessions, Knowledge transfer programs

Own L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.

Manage Change Requests (CRs) & Enhancement Requests (ERs) to support various stakeholders.

Experience in handling document generation via Oracle Analytics Cloud for RTF based reports.

Required Skills & Expertise Functional

Experience in implementing one end-to-end Oracle GTM cloud solution (involving modules like RPLS, Item Classification, License Management, Embargo Screening, Trade Item Structures, Trade incentive Programs, Customs management modules, and Landed Cost Management)

Experience in enterprise-scale processes across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is a PLUS

Technical

Experience in integrating GTM with various systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, and Descartes GLN

Experience in developing BI Publisher (BIP) reports via Oracle Analytics Cloud in RTF formats.

Proficient in SQL & PLSQL is a MUST

Experience in MS Excel VBA / Automation frameworks is a PLUS

Experience in API integrations & data migration strategies is a PLUS

Oracle certifications in Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud or any other SCM cloud modules is a PLUS

Configuration Expertise Automation Agents, Screen Sets, Layouts, User Menus, VPD Profiles, Business Monitor & workflows, Reports & Workbenches
