What you’ll be doing:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Assist customers with questions, account updates, and issue resolution
Provide clear, professional communication while delivering a positive customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and outcomes in the system
Collaborate with team members and elevate issues when needed to ensure quick resolution
Meet daily performance metrics related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What they’re looking for:
1‑2 years of call center or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits Base pay begins at $19.50/hr with potential bonus eligibility. The employee may also receive medical, dental, and vision benefits and can participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
