This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.The Undergraduate Enrollment Marketing Manager supports ACU’s undergraduate recruitment efforts by planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing enrollment communication tools, and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing projects. This position partners closely with admissions counselors to meet individual student needs and plays a key role in maintaining portals, forms, and communication channels that support the prospective student journey. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing, the Undergraduate Enrollment Marketing Manager ensures campaigns and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with ACU’s mission to educate students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world.**Basic Responsibilities*** Manage undergraduate enrollment marketing campaigns from planning through execution.* Maintain and update enrollment portals, forms, and communication tools.* Collaborate with admissions counselors to meet prospective student communication needs.* Assist with mailings, copywriting, and proofreading of enrollment materials.* Support enrollment marketing initiatives through project coordination and follow through.**Essential Duties*** Plan, launch, and track undergraduate marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and alignment with enrollment goals.* Build, update, and maintain Slate portals and forms to support student communication and event registration.* Respond to individual admissions counselor requests for prospective student materials, communications, or campaign adjustments.* Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of mail and digital communications.* Partner with Enrollment Marketing leadership to implement new strategies and projects.* Monitor campaign results and provide reporting to guide decision-making.**Professional Development Requirements*** Campaign management and project coordination.* Proficiency with CRM tools (Slate preferred) and form/portal building.* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively with admissions counselors and campus partners.**Training Required*** Slate CRM and related communication tools.* ACU brand and style guidelines.* Ongoing professional development in higher education marketing.**Professional*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field required.* 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or higher education preferred.* Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools preferred.**Personal*** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.* Commitment to ACU’s Christian mission and values.**Physical Requirements*** Extended periods of computer use.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Occasional evening or weekend work for admissions events.ACU does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, sex, disability, genetic information, national or ethnic origin in employment opportunities, in keeping with applicable state and federal law.ACU is committed to maintaining a safe and secure campus environment and protecting the university's financial and physical assets.
