Social Media Manager
to own and optimize our online marketing performance. This role is responsible for building, analyzing, and improving the systems that generate and convert leads.
Unlike client-facing marketing roles, this position operates behind the scenes, focused on campaign execution, funnel performance, and measurable ROI. Success in this role is defined by the ability to turn marketing efforts into scalable, efficient results.
This role manages digital campaigns, marketing systems, and performance analytics across multiple platforms. This individual is responsible for optimizing lead generation funnels, improving conversion rates, and ensuring marketing efforts are measurable and effective.
Compensation
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $55,000
