Position Summary We are looking for a creative, organized, and brand-savvy Social Media Specialist to support the digital presence of multiple brands under our company portfolio. This role will play a key part in executing content strategies, creating platform-specific content, monitoring performance, and engaging with diverse audiences. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Specialist will work collaboratively across teams to help build strong, consistent, and distinct brand voices across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of tailored social media strategies for each brand within our portfolio.

Create, edit, curate, and post high-quality content (images, videos, copy) across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others, based on each brand’s unique tone and goals.

Maintain and organize content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with campaigns, promotions, and seasonal themes.

Monitor engagement, track and analyze social media performance across all brands, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay up to date on platform trends and industry best practices and apply them appropriately per brand.

Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and brand teams to align messaging to ensure visual consistency.

Manage social media asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

2+ years of experience in social media marketing

Strong design and video editing experience

Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to shift tone and style across different brands

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools

Support influencer marketing programs

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
