Your mission As a (Junior) Content Creator (m/f/d) at cosnova, you own the ideas, production and ongoing evolution of our always-on social content. You develop platform-native concepts that build brand relevance, spark conversations and perform organically across our social channels.

Come up with your own ideas and content formats for always-on social
Turn brand strategy, social priorities and insights into serial, platform-native storytelling
Spot content opportunities through trends & culture, platform behaviour, performance learnings and community signals
Execution & Production
Create social-native content end-to-end (videos, stills, formats)
Adapt ideas and assets per platform (currently TikTok, IG, YouTube)
Move fast – without losing creative quality or taste
Test, Learn & Improve
Track how your content performs together with the Social Strategy and Media teams
Constantly improve ideas, hooks and formats based on what works
Help push creative benchmarks and redefine what “good” always-on content looks like
Collaboration
Work closely with Copywriters, Team Lead Content Creation, Social Strategy and Media teams
Bring ideas proactively into creative sparring sessions
Think beyond one brand or topic and help scale strong ideas across content themes

Strong creative thinking:
You understand formats, hooks and storytelling
Tech-savvy & creative:
You can shoot, edit, light, and style your own content. Adobe skills are a plus, but your creative judgement and taste matter most.
Social-native mindset:
TikTok and IG are second nature to you. You know what’s trending - and what’s already done.
Beauty-obsessed:
You love makeup and are an expert at applying it, you stay on top of product drops and trends and know what you are talking about.
Curious & fearless:
You’re up for experimenting, testing new ideas and learning on the fly, keeping up with a fast-paced content world.
Fast and independent:
You’re comfortable taking ownership and moving quickly.
Team player with ideas:
You don’t just execute – you bring ideas to the table, challenge work constructively and help raise the bar together.
Languages:
You’re fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Affinity for streaming culture and/or gaming is a plus.
