Collision Regional Director

This position is responsible for leading the assigned region of collision repair centers in Central New York (six locations with approximately $18M in annual sales). The Regional Director will establish and maintain the company’s goals, culture, performance standards, growth, and commitment to unparalleled customer service. Through the 3 P’s of People, Process, and Passion, the Regional Director will provide clear expectations, necessary tools, training, and information to the General Managers. The Regional Director is required to ensure quality repairs, safety, and profitability within the assigned shops by using the company’s operational playbook and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve regional goals

Coaching and supporting location managers to enhance their leadership skills

Monitoring financial performance and implementing measures to improve profitability

Fostering a positive team culture and promoting professional development among team members

Thorough understanding of repair processes and procedures

Identify potential acquisition and brownfield opportunities in support of the company’s growth

Work closely with the Talent Team to recruit and source qualified candidates for potential employment

Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or collision estimating

Previous multi-shop leadership experience or extensive facility management experience (required)

Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy

Compliance Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve operational issues swiftly
