What You’ll Do:
Provide U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement
Handle disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
Advise clients on copyright matters, online IP, and advertising-related issues
Work closely with a team while managing independent projects and client needs
What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in trademark, copyright, or related IP practice
Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in a large law firm setting is a plus
