We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will support the development and execution of the Paris Baguette Marketing plan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, be organized in their day to day and have a true passion for marketing & branding. This person will help oversee media, PR, sponsorships and activations as well as ideate and execute the overall brand marketing calendar. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the National Marketing calendar, micro-campaigns, holiday initiatives, promotions, and activations. Prospect and review activation opportunities that drive Paris Baguette’s brand awareness and visibility Coordinate and drive all National sponsorships, integrationsand activation initiatives including influencer events, high profile mediaopportunities, giveaways, broadcast opportunities and celebrity endorsementprojects Create seasonal campaign briefs for LTOs, holidays andmicro-campaigns, coordinate deliverables with agencies Support National Canada Marketing plan including media, PR and franchisee facing communications Collaborate with external agency partners for PR, Media, andactivations to ensure projects and deadlines are met. Review and draft copy for National press releases and mediapitches Responsible for media copywriting: Meta Ads, Digitalbanners, Taglines and Video Coordinate product drops for events, activations and media opportunitiesin partnership with operations teams Collaborate with operations team and other cross-functionalpartners to develop activities that create and support exceptional guestexperience across all touch points (in-café, online, through partnerships etc.) Lead seasonal marketing readiness calls including contentand call presentations Prepare marketing content and information for QBRs, FACmeetings and leadership presentations Track daily sales, program data and campaign results tofurther develop future marketing programs/decision making Perform routine management tasks that are necessary for theefficient operation of a corporate marketing function. Perform other functions as needed WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

3-5 years brand marketing or agency experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred Restaurant/QSR or F&B industry experience required Franchise organization experience preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong writing skills Organizational and time-management skills for meetingdeadlines in a fast-paced environment Natural collaborator, proactive, solutions-oriented Highemotional intelligence with the ability to work with, and support diverse teamsby being highly empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated, and driven.
