Job Purpose The goal of the Ben & Jerry’s Global Media Manager is to collaborate with Ben & Jerry’s global marketing team members to develop industry‑leading media strategies and executional frameworks to guide regional and local media campaigns, tactics & optimizations across all channels to drive increased sales, activism and brand equity. As a key member of the Ben & Jerry’s Global Integrated Marketing team, the Global Media Manager works closely with our Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, agency partners, and regional/local marketing teams to ensure campaigns are audience‑led, aligned to business and mission KPIs, and are executed using company best practices.
Key Responsibilities
In partnership with Ben & Jerry’s Head of Global Digital Marketing and Head of Global Integrated Marketing, develop both the near and long‑term global media strategy, including best practices and channel guidance.
Lead annual global media planning, partnering with regional and local brand teams to ensure media strategies are fully integrated into brand, innovation, and campaign plans.
Champion a digital‑first media approach to guide where the brand invests, how we measure, and what we scale across global markets.
Serve as the global media expert, advising on channels, platforms, partner capabilities, and investment decisions across markets.
Partner with Ben & Jerry’s Marketing and Technology Manager to drive adoption and maintenance of advertising technologies that enable our media buying and optimization practices.
Guide ongoing optimization of local media campaigns across social, online video, search, and programming in partnership with media agencies.
Set expectations for media agency performance including ways of working, channel strategy, KPIs, performance tracking and optimization approaches.
Develop an annual media learning agenda, benchmarking performance, identifying test‑and‑learn opportunities, demonstrating expertise on industry innovation.
What You Need To Succeed
5+ years of digital marketing and media experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably within a CPG business, national brand(s), and/or agency.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep expertise in brand strategy and multi‑channel execution (paid and owned) including social, e‑commerce, influencer, and retail marketing.
Proven ability to build brand awareness and drive consumer action.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools to inform decisions, optimize performance, and align with overall strategy.
Skilled at budget management with a focus on budget allocation and optimization.
Hands on experience developing, executing, and optimizing auction‑based digital media campaigns.
Experience selling in digital/media strategies and programming to multiple stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and external partners through direct and positive communications.
Experience managing agencies and vendors.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
TOTAL REWARDS Pay:
The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.
Long‑Term Incentive (LTI):
This position is LTI eligible.
