About the Internship

TKA Innovative Group LLC is offering a

hands-on Marketing & Sales Internship

designed for college students who want

real-world experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and sales strategy . This internship focuses on

field marketing and customer acquisition , giving interns the opportunity to develop practical business skills while working in local communities across Texas.

Interns will learn how modern service companies generate leads through

multiple marketing channels , including neighborhood outreach, direct marketing, referral strategies, and appointment setting. The primary role involves

door-to-door canvassing to schedule free roofing inspections for homeowners , which provides valuable experience in communication, sales psychology, and grassroots marketing.

This internship is ideal for students studying

Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or Sales , but students from all majors are encouraged to apply.

The position is structured to

work around college schedules

and can be completed during a semester or as a

summer or off-semester internship .

Key Responsibilities

Schedule qualified appointments

for the company’s roofing specialists.

Represent TKA Innovative Group with professionalism and positive energy in local communities.

Track marketing activity and appointments generated during each shift.

Assist with additional grassroots marketing efforts including referrals, neighborhood campaigns, and community engagement.

Attend training sessions focused on marketing strategy, communication skills, and industry knowledge.

No prior sales experience is required —

training is provided .

Requirements

Must be

18 years or older

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Ability to work

weekday evenings and daytime weekends

Ability to walk neighborhoods while canvassing

Currently enrolled in college or seeking internship experience
