We are seeking a
high-energy Field Marketing Manager
to lead our presence at the world’s most influential manufacturing and industrial technology tradeshows. Your primary mission is to ensure our
Smart Factory solutions —from AI-driven predictive maintenance to edge computing—are the centerpiece of every major industry conversation.
You will own our presence at flagship events like
IMTS
and
Automate , driving logistics, booth strategy, and on-the-floor lead generation to ensure every interaction converts into the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Large-Scale Tradeshow Ownership:
Lead end-to-end execution of domestic and international expos (IMTS, MODEX, Automate)
Booth Strategy & Experience:
Design immersive technical booth experiences showcasing Smart Factory live demos and digital twins
Pipeline Acceleration:
Partner with Sales to execute ABM strategies, including VIP events and executive booth tours
Technical Content Creation:
Produce high-impact content including trend reports, live social updates, and customer success stories
Lead Capture & ROI:
Manage lead retrieval, booth traffic measurement, MQL generation, and influenced revenue reporting
Vendor & Budget Management:
Handle complex logistics, vendors, and budgets for high-production booths
Qualifications
Experience:
3–5 years in Field Marketing or Event Management within Industrial IT, Manufacturing, or Robotics
Content Mastery:
Strong portfolio of professional writing (blogs, case studies, newsletters), simplifying Industry 4.0 concepts
Logistical Rigor:
Proven track record managing large-scale booths (20x20+), complex vendor ecosystems, and international logistics
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to negotiate with contractors and engage with executives confidently
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$65,000 – $104,000, based on experience, skill set, and qualifications
Bonus:
Eligible for performance-based bonus
