Responsibilities
Accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
Act as the first point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and serve as the central hub of communication with all Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.

Qualifications
Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service.
Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented.
Excellent job attendance.
Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Must reside in a state where HGV has approved Work from Home (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
Preferred Experience
Previous timeshare experience is a plus.
Previous high-end/luxury customer service experience.
