About the role We’re looking for a Safety Director who is ready to build, lead, and elevate safety across our entire organization.
This is a high‑visibility leadership role with the opportunity to shape how safety operates across Texas, Michigan, and future markets.
What you’ll do This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution.
You will:
Define and lead our company‑wide safety strategy—not just maintain it
Standardize safety programs across multiple regions while supporting field execution
Lead and develop Safety Managers to drive consistency and accountability
Own safety performance metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses) and elevate results
Ensure compliance with OSHA and multi‑state requirements while reducing risk proactively
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis—and turn insights into action
Partner with executive leadership and operations to embed safety into how we run projects
Support large‑scale, complex projects where safety expectations are high and stakes are higher
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build‑and‑scale role.
What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who can operate at both 30,000 feet and in the field.
Required:
10+ years in construction or electrical safety
5+ years leading safety teams or multi‑site operations
Deep knowledge of OSHA and multi‑state compliance
Proven experience building or scaling safety programs
Experience supporting large commercial or industrial projects
Preferred:
CSP certification
Electrical construction or specialty trades experience
Journeyman Electrician background (or similar field experience)
Experience in high‑complexity environments (manufacturing, data centers, etc.)
Winning Behaviors and Competencies
Real‑time Communication is key to success: We will communicate real‑time to our team members and clients.
Knowing our projects is key to success: Preplanning and continuous planning habits lead to success. We will preplan every project, every time, no exceptions.
Responsiveness is key to our success: We will deliver on time on all commitments and approach every request with a sense of urgency. This is our differentiator.
Accountability is key to our success: I have a clear understanding of what I am responsible for and will ensure I have enabled good routines and habits that ensure successful outcomes.
