YOUR TASKS The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and revenue growth within the Automotive Aftermarket channel. The role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, external agencies, and key eCommerce/retail/warehouse distribution partners to execute programs that support distribution growth, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Communications
Implement umbrella brand strategy at the local level.
Plan and execute effective communications marketing campaigns with targeted audiences across digital, print, social media, trade events, and retail channels.
Coordinate with Product Management to drive product launches (sell sheets, digital assets, catalog updates, and customer communication).
Track promotional calendars and ensure timely execution.
Lead digital transformation – enhance digital services and communications based on local demands and content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Ensure marketing strategies are innovative and aligned with sales goals across multiple channels.
Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand image.
Align marketing planning with Sales initiatives and collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure deliverables are met.
Trade Shows & Events
Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, races, and key industry events (e.g., AAPEX, SEMA) in line with global guidelines.
Maintain the shared HASI marketing event calendar.
Coordinate booth materials, promotional giveaways, and logistics.
Support pre‑ and post‑show marketing communications.
Partner with Sales to provide marketing materials and promotions for key accounts.
Develop account‑specific presentations and marketing support materials.
Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics
Annual marketing planning and budgeting, tracking, and alignment with Sales activities.
Track campaign performance and provide ROI reporting.
Monitor competitive activity within the automotive aftermarket.
Implement analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Analyze data to make data‑driven decisions and continuously optimize strategies.
Maintain marketing budget tracking and invoice processing.
Business Lead & Generation
Support account‑based marketing efforts across all channels and customers.
Plan product promotions targeting key customers (trade promotions, Hella Partner World).
Coordinate product content syndication (images, enhanced content, SEO copy, A+ content where applicable).
Monitor online listings for content accuracy and brand compliance in collaboration with Product Managers and Sales.
Support email campaigns, website updates, and social media initiatives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent internship experience).
0–2 years of marketing experience.
Understanding of aftermarket distribution channels (Retail, WD, eCommerce, Program Groups).
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required); Adobe, Canva.
Experience with CRM, PIM systems, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Interest in automotive, aftermarket products, or retail marketing preferred.
