Marketing & Appointment Coordinator (Hybrid Role – Meta Ads + Customer Experience)

hybrid role
that blends marketing, communication, and customer interaction. If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a positive, forward‑moving environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reach out to new leads quickly via call and text
Help homeowners schedule in‑home design consultations
Follow up in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and learn campaign management
Post before/after project photos and simple content
Keep our Google Business profile updated with posts and reviews
Support light website updates
What We’re Looking For
Clear and confident communicator
Positive attitude and a desire to help people
Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable with phone, text, and social media communication
Open to learning marketing and advertising
Understands the importance of consistency and follow‑up
Experience with Meta ads is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate.
Compensation & Growth Part‑Time (20–25 hours/week to start):
$20–$22/hour
$25 per booked appointment
$40 per appointment that shows
$75 per closed sale
Typical earnings: ~$3,500–$4,500/month
Growth Opportunity → Full‑Time
$23–$25/hour + same performance bonuses
Typical earnings: ~$7,000–$9,000+/month
